They further include in-depth studies regarding: lenses, lighting, film, digital cameras and advanced instrument repair. Mr. Carlson was a well-respected photographic teacher for over seven years and has also lectured extensively. Multi-level courses on lighting technique have garnered him a level of expertise recognized by his peers. He has worked in commercial, industrial, fashion, portrait, wedding, scientific and medical photographic fields through his career. Mr. Carlson is also an accredited commercial deep-sea diver and has specialized in underwater still photography and cinematography for years.
